Radiology Technologist – Direct Hire | Geneva, NY (Finger Lakes Region)

Full-time, 40 hours/week

Day shift or evening shift available

Monday–Friday schedule with possible rotating call & weekend coverage

Competitive compensation based on experience: $33 - $40 Per Hour

🩺 What You’ll Do

As a Radiology Technologist, you’ll perform diagnostic imaging studies with accuracy, care, and compassion for patients of all ages—from infants to seniors. You’ll use your technical expertise and professional judgment to:

Operate radiographic, portable imaging, and related equipment with precision

Produce high-quality images, ensuring accurate positioning and adherence to procedure guidelines

Apply proper radiation safety protocols for patients, staff, and yourself

Utilize RIS, CR, and PACS systems for data entry, image review, and troubleshooting

Administer contrast media safely, recognizing and responding to any adverse reactions

Maintain infection control standards according to Universal Precautions

Demonstrate flexibility in taking emergency call rotations for evenings, weekends, and holidays

🎓 Qualifications

**Education: **Graduate of an AMA-approved Radiologic Technology program or AAS in Radiologic Technology

**Licenses & Certifications: **

NYS Radiologic Technologist license (required)

ARRT certification (required)

**Experience: **Completion of a recognized 24-month Radiology program (new grads welcome)

Qualifications

EDUCATION: Minimum: • Radiology Technology program in AMA approved 2 year program or AAS degree in Radiologic Technology. LICENSE: Minimum: • NYS license PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATIONS: Minimum: • ARRT certification WORK EXPERIENCE: Minimum: • Completion of 24 month course by a recognized AMA approved school in Radiology.
