Tax Credit Assistant Property Manager-The Victoria at Huxley Yards

Seldin Company is seeking an Assistant Property Manager at The Victoria at Huxley Yards apartment community in Madison, WI. This is a Tax Credit property with 250 units. This position will offer a competitive hourly pay rate, determined by experience, certifications, skills, and education.

Hiring Bonus: $2000 $1,000 after 90 days of employment  $1,000 after 6 months of employment Retention Bonus: $2,000 after 1 year of employment
