Mortgage Loan Processor

Role: Responsible for gathering financial data and credit information used in the credit decision process. This position is also responsible for preparing loan documents for underwriting; monitoring and following strict deadlines; handling confidential information; and, ensuring that all documents are complete and in file order prior to submission to Underwriting.

This position ensures that each loan file is prepared and ready for loan closing.
