Senior Payroll Analyst

The Senior Payroll Analyst ensures accurate, timely payroll processing for 2,+ U.S. and Canadian team members while delivering exceptional customer service.

This role leverages Workday expertise to manage multi-state payroll, resolve complex inquiries and support compliance across weekly and bi-weekly cycles. What You’ll Do:

• Process multi-state U.S. and Canadian payroll in Workday accurately and on time
• Review payroll outputs, analyze reports and make adjustments as needed
• Coordinate payroll funding for net pay, taxes and garnishments
• Manage off-cycle payments, timecard corrections and special payments
• Support year-end reporting (W-2s, T4s) and tax compliance activities
• Reconcile payroll data and partner with Accounting on variances and journal entries
• Handle post-payment activities including returns and unclaimed property filings
• Process Workers’ Compensation claims and ensure regulatory compliance
• Investigate and resolve complex payroll issues under tight deadlines
