Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Pack all finished ceramic stock according to Rialheim quality and packaging standards
- Allocate, track, and manage Work-in-Progress (WIP) across production stages
- Label, organise, and store packed stock correctly within the studio
- Coordinate with production teams to prioritise urgent or deadline-driven items
- Ensure fragile handling protocols are followed at all times
- Assist with stock preparation for dispatch and internal transfers
- Support quality control by identifying and flagging defects, damage, or inconsistencies
- Maintain cleanliness, order, and organisation in packing and storage areas
- Assist with weekly stocktakes when required Requirements Ideal Candidate

- Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
