What You’ll Do**
As a Garage Door Master Technician**, you’ll become a key player on our service team, trusted to perform installations and repairs for both residential and commercial customers.
Responsibilities include
Install and replace custom garage door systems and components
Repair residential and commercial doors and openers
Troubleshoot and program garage door electronics
Perform routine maintenance and safety inspections
Install and configure motors for residential and commercial use
Deliver top-tier customer service
Operate scissor lifts (training and certification provided)
What We’re Looking For**
We're seeking someone who brings energy, integrity, and a team-first attitude*. You should be:
Mechanically inclined with 5+ years in construction, mechanical, or related fields (preferred)
Comfortable with hand and power tools
Eager to learn and grow in a skilled trade
Dependable, safety-conscious, and service-driven
Able to lift 75 lbs and work in various weather conditions
Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record**
Reliable transportation is required
Your Path to Success**
Full-Time Hours:** 40+ hours/week, with paid overtime (average 45–50 hrs/week)
Training Pay:** $22–$26/hour during the 3–5 month training period
Post-Training Pay:** $80,000–$100,000+ per year (based on performance and efficiency)
