Employment Type: Full time Shift: Day Shift Description: Position Purpose: Mercy Care is seeking a Strategic Planning Analyst to support strategic initiatives that drive our mission to serve Atlanta’s most vulnerable populations. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in healthcare strategy, data analysis, and project management while contributing to impactful organizational decisions.
What You Will Do
Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to evaluate strategic opportunities. Assist in developing short- and long-term strategic plans aligned with Mercy Care’s goals. Prepare business cases, financial models, and feasibility studies for new programs. Translate complex data into clear presentations and actionable recommendations.
Support strategic projects from inception to execution, ensuring timely delivery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to stakeholder communications. Build reports using electronic medical records to support data-driven decisions. Provide administrative support to the planning team as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
Master's or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Health Administration, Public Health, Economics, or related field. Strong interest in healthcare strategy and project management. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; strong analytical and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
