Develop deep expertise in geriatric psychiatry, including dementia-related behaviors, depression, anxiety, and complex neurocognitive conditions.

** Your Responsibilities Include **

Conducting comprehensive psychiatric evaluations for geriatric patients in home and facility-based settings.

Diagnosing and managing mood disorders, anxiety disorders, dementia-related behavioral symptoms, and other psychiatric conditions.

Prescribing and managing psychotropic medications with careful consideration of comorbidities and geriatric physiology.

Providing crisis intervention, behavioral guidance, and family education when clinically indicated.

Collaborating with primary care providers, therapists, and facility care teams to ensure coordinated, whole-person care.

Building trusted relationships with patients, caregivers, families, and community partners.

Maintaining consistent, accurate clinical documentation and follow-through.

Total annual compensation range: ** $150,000–$200,000+ ** , based on experience, caseload, and availability.

** What You’ll Bring **

NP/PA: Current, active, and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license in good standing in the state of practice required and must be maintained throughout employment.

Experience in geriatric psychiatry, long-term care, or mobile healthcare preferred.

Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and comfort working independently with remote support.
