Job description
Appvion is seeking a Reliability Engineer to help improve equipment performance, reliability, and overall effectiveness in our Appleton manufacturing operations. In this hands-on engineering role, you will partner closely with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, craftspeople, and machine operators to identify reliability opportunities, lead improvement initiatives, support preventative and predictive maintenance programs, and help drive long-term equipment performance.
