Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform. Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards. Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products. Be a productive member of the team.
Requirements
Lead end-to-end SAP IBP Demand Planning implementations, from requirement gathering through deployment and hypercare. Configure and optimize SAP IBP Planning Areas, Planning Levels, Key Figures, and Demand Planning models. Design, implement, and optimize statistical forecasting models to improve forecast accuracy. Conduct client workshops to gather business requirements and provide functional solutions.
Prepare functional documentation, solution designs, and configuration specifications. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect resolution, and hypercare activities to ensure successful project delivery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate external demand inputs and related planning processes. Provide functional expertise on SAP IBP Demand Planning and S&OP processes.
Proven experience leading end-to-end SAP IBP Demand Planning implementations. Strong expertise in configuring Planning Areas, Planning Levels, and Key Figures in SAP IBP. In-depth knowledge of statistical forecasting methods, demand planning, and forecast analytics. Solid understanding of SAP IBP S&OP processes. Experience conducting client workshops and facilitating business discussions.
Strong documentation skills, including functional specifications and solution design documents. Experience supporting UAT, hypercare, and post-go-live activities. Knowledge of integrating external demand inputs into SAP IBP is an advantage. Familiarity with advanced forecasting algorithms is a plus. Excellent client-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
