Manager, Human Resources

The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing Human Resources operations across the U.S. workforce while providing support and coordination for international and cross-border teams. Reporting to the Vice President of Human Resources, this role partners closely with leaders and employees to ensure consistent HR practices, compliance, and a positive employee experience across regions.

This position plays a key role in supporting Rubicon’s international teams and growth while maintaining alignment with U.S. employment standards and local requirements.
