Job description
The position is responsible for the general maintenance of Bank property and associated facilities infrastructure (environmental controls) in the assigned region, ensuring they are maintained to Bank standards mainly through the coordination of professional vendors and contractors. Duties include the identification and implementation of minor repairs, coordination of preventative maintenance tasks, installation of office equipment and furniture, and supervision of grounds maintenance, custodial and other facilities related vendors.
