IT Agile Team Leader II (Atlassian Product Owner)

The Agile Team Lead is responsible for making sure Scrum teams live by the values and practices of Scrum, and for acting as the process owner for the team, creating a balance with the Product Owner. As an ATL, you will do whatever possible to help the team perform at their highest level. This involves removing impediments to progress, facilitating meetings, and working closely with the product owner to make sure the product backlog is properly groomed.

As part of their assignments this ATL will act as the Atlassian product owner and is responsible for owning the vision and evolution of the configuration and use of Atlassian tools at ARUP. A successful candidate will be able to create a roadmap that allows the transformation from siloed use to a sustainable enterprise-ready solution.
