Sr. Human Resources Generalist- Manufacturing Plant

We are currently searching for a Sr. Human Resources Generalist to be based out of our Electrical Cable & Flexible Conduit facility in Byesville, OH. Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the Sr. HR Generalist will lead and execute talent acquisition, employee relations and lead various human resources projects and processes.

This person will collaborate with their local client group to help shape and implement the overall business strategy. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field, and a minimum of 5 years human resources experience. Experience working in a lean manufacturing, business system-based company environment is preferred.
