The Assistant Branch Manager provides support and assists the Branch Manager in the overall day-to-day management of a retail branch. Assumes responsibility for all Branch Manager duties in their absence. Coaches and develops branch employees. Performs transactions including taking loan applications and closing loans (consumer and home equity).
