Production Manager Sharps Furniture Group – Bilston (Head Office) Circa £43,000 Shift - 2pm – 10:00pm - 5 days per week (Monday – Friday) Ready to lead a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We’re looking for a hands-on Production Manager to join Sharps Furniture Group, the UK’s market leader in fitted furniture.

What you’ll do Lead and motivate a team of around 25 operatives Keep production running efficiently, safely, and on target Deliver KPIs while maintaining high quality standards Troubleshoot issues on shift with a hands-on approach Drive continuous improvement across the production line What you’ll need Experience in a supervisory or team leader role (manufacturing preferred) Strong leadership and organisational skills A proactive, problem-solving mindset Confidence working in a fast-paced environment Good IT and communication skills What you’ll get Circa £43,000 salary Pension & life insurance On-site canteen Early shift (great work-life balance) Career development opportunities
