Home Care CNA Role: Key Responsibilities

As a Home Care CNA , you will s upport Instrumental and Activities of Daily Living:

• Personal Care Support: Help clients with their morning or evening routines, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.

Meals & Nutrition: Help with eating and meal prep.

Companionship: Engage clients and provide compassionate redirection to clients with dementia.

Mobility : Assist clients with getting in and out of bed, moving safely around the house, and doing simple stretches or exercises.

Team Communication: Partner with our nursing team to follow a care plan and communicate updates in clients’ needs.

Must-Have Qualifications

Requirements

Active CNA license in Maryland

Current CPR and BLS certification

Valid Maryland driver’s license, auto insurance, and transportation

Compassionate, clear communicator
