No prior manufacturing experience is required-we provide all the training you need to succeed. Essential Job Functions Stand for extended periods on concrete floors Perform physical tasks, including reaching, bending, and stooping Work independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision Perform a variety of production and manufacturing duties Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment Follow all safety procedures and quality standards Qualifications Strong work ethic and positive attitude Reliable attendance and punctuality Willingness to learn new skills and take on a variety of responsibilities Ability to follow instructions and work safely in a manufacturing environment Ability to work in a fast-paced production setting Pay Starting pay: $14.48 per hour $1.00 per hour shift differential for 12-hour night shifts Opportunities for advancement Schedule Most positions operate on a 12-hour 2-2-3 schedule , with both day shift and night shift openings available.
