Water Infrastructure Engineer

Midwest multi-disciplined engineering firm is looking to add a Senior Water Infrastructure Engineer to their Naperville team!

Responsibilities

Develop hydraulic models of water distribution systems Conduct advanced hydraulic modeling to inform infrastructure planning and optimize operations Lead preparation of water system master plans Evaluate/design potable water facilities and water mains Manage water distribution system study/design projects Perform quality control reviews of water models, reports, and/or design Lead teams of project engineers and technical support staff Prepare plans/specifications for construction Represent firm at municipal meetings Prepare competitive proposals and participate in client interviews Assist with business development activities Requirements: B.

S. Degree in Civil Engineering 5+ years of experience in potable water system analysis/design Illinois P.E. License (or the ability to obtain through reciprocity) Experience in potable water hydraulic modeling, including master planning Experience in delivering detailed water system design/plan preparation Proficient with ArcGIS and WaterGEMS and/or Info.
