Job description
Under the supervision of the Assistant Director, the Program Supervisor is responsible for the daily operations of an assigned area or program. They supervise the direct support staff in the program to ensure appropriate and active support for the people served. The program supervisor is also responsible for overseeing the programming and quality of work delivered by their direct support staff to the people served.
