The Operations Manager plays a central role in overseeing and enhancing firmwide operational performance. This position ensures the smooth coordination of business operations, communications, compliance, and project execution across departments. The Operations Manager is responsible for driving efficiency, maintaining business continuity, and implementing best practices to support the firm’s strategic and operational goals.

This role partners closely with the Chief Operating Officer and department leaders to deliver consistent, organized, and proactive operational support.
