If you are looking for an exciting opportunity, look NO further! 2nd Shift Position Monday- Friday 1:00pm - 9:30pm Job Summary This position is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of wood preserving equipment; ensures material is treated following the appropriate specifications; Tests wood fiber and solutions to meet specific treating requirements. Principle Duties and Responsibilities Transfer material into the treating cylinder loading and unloading from the pad. Provides general preventive maintenance on equipment. Completes pre-shift/startup equipment checklist and reports any problems or concerns. Prepares for the daily treating schedule. Follows treating protocol and instructions as described by Company policy. Maintains a clean and organized work area. May assist others with moving material, loading and unloading material to and from the tram Participates in safety, CI and other programs and meetings. Performs other duties as required Qualifications Minimum of high school diploma/GED Forklift experience preferred but not required Able to work independently as well as with other team members Successfully complete Forklift Driver licensing process Must be at least 18 years of age Hourly Pay Range: $16.00- $19.00 -dependent on experience* *pay range may be adjusted depending on cost of living Bonus/Incentive Pay : Incentive pay may be available for certain job roles and may include piece rate incentives, weekly production bonuses, and trip rate bonuses. A discretionary annual bonus based on Company and business unit performance may also be provided.
