About the Co-op Program: G2's Insolvency & Fiduciary Services (IFS) Co-op program provides students with an in-depth understanding of our IFS practice, which helps clients navigate the day-to-day ambiguity of distress situations, while working toward the overall goal of preserving value, maximizing economic recovery, and reducing risk.

Program Timing: Spring cycle (beginning in January 2027) Location: G2 Capital Advisors operates in a hybrid work model with 4 days per week in the office, in Boston. Hourly Requirement : Candidates selected for the program will be required to provide at least 40 hours weekly and be available between the normal business hours of 9:00am - 5:00pm EST.

What You'll Do

Support a wide range of operational, accounting, and strategic tasks and manage associated deadlines Perform in-depth market research that supports G2's IF&S clients Collaborate in the development of marketing collateral for distressed sale processes Proactively & efficiently solve problems in complex & time-sensitive work situations Provide timely communication to internal and external stakeholders on engagements as and when required Manage competing timelines and priorities accordingly on engagements Work collaboratively with team members toward a shared goal What We Look For: Currently enrolled in a 4 or 5-year academic institution with an outstanding academic record (3.
