Job description
As a Program Manager the primary job responsibility, is “helping persons with disabilities to find happiness in their own homes, in their personal relationships, and as contributing members of the community”. The Program Manager leads the team of Direct Support Professionals and Assistant Program Manager to empower each person supported to direct his or her life in support of their vision and the CSI mission.
As a leader, the Program Manager has the capacity to turn a person’s vision into reality, influence others and effect change.
