Job Summary** We are seeking a detail-oriented Drafter to join our Property Strategic Business Unit (SBU) at PT Japfa Indoland. This role is responsible for creating and revising technical drawings and plans for various property development projects. Job Responsibilities** * Prepare detailed architectural, structural, and mechanical drawings from sketches, specifications, and other data provided by engineers and architects.

Utilize CAD software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.) to create 2D and 3D models and plans. * Revise existing drawings to incorporate changes and updates as directed. * Ensure all drawings adhere to relevant industry standards, building codes, and company specifications. * Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to understand project requirements and provide technical support.

Maintain an organized system for filing and retrieving drawings and documentation. * Conduct site visits as needed to gather information and verify dimensions. * Assist in the preparation of project proposals and presentations. Job Qualifications** * Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Drafter, preferably within the property development or construction industry. * Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant drafting software (e.g., SketchUp, Revit). * Strong understanding of architectural and engineering principles. * Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. * Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Good communication and teamwork skills. * Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. * Familiarity with Indonesian building codes and regulations is a plus.
