About the Role

We are looking for a Business Manager to join our Business team and support the development of new business opportunities across the Special Projects division, focusing on high-profile Destination Experiences and Original Shows , from immersive experiences to ticketed productions . Working closely with the Business Director and the wider team, the Business Manager will support the management and development of business opportunities, from initial market research and prospect identification through first client contact, relationship development and proposal support .

The role combines business development, client relationship management and project support, with the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the commercial side of an international live entertainment company. MAIN ACTIVITIES Business Development & Opportunity Management Research and identify new business opportunities, prospective clients and relevant stakeholders across target markets.

Follow up on business opportunities assigned by the Business Director or other designated senior stakeholders. Monitor relevant market, industry and client developments to identify potential opportunities. Support the development of new relationships with prospective clients and business partners. Identify networking and new business opportunities arising during project development and production phases.

Client Outreach & Relationship Development Manage the first contact with prospective clients , introducing BWS and its capabilities and establishing the basis for a potential business relationship. Manage initial communications and follow-ups, ensuring a professional and consistent approach. Support the development of relationships with prospective and existing clients, involving the Business Director or other senior stakeholders as required.

Gather information on client needs, objectives and expectations and share relevant insights with the internal team. Support the management of operational relationships with assigned clients throughout project development and delivery. Business Proposals & Presentations Develop tailored presentations, credentials and supporting materials in line with specific client and project needs.

Work with internal Creative, Production and Business teams to collect and organise relevant information and showcase BWS capabilities. Support the preparation of project proposals and commercial materials. Contribute to the development of strategic solutions aimed at acquiring new business opportunities. Client & Project Support Maintain clear and consistent communication with assigned clients throughout the development and production process.

Coordinate client requests and information, ensuring alignment with agreed objectives and project requirements. Monitor client feedback and support the team in addressing needs or issues, escalating critical matters to the Business Director when required. Contribute to client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Post-Project & Business Development Support the team in maintaining relationships with clients following project completion. Identify potential follow-on opportunities, new projects and additional business opportunities within existing client relationships. ​ Contribute to maintaining an up-to-date database of clients, prospects, contacts and business opportunities Requirements +5 years of experience in business development, market research, consulting, account management, production or a related field.

Strong interest in live entertainment, events, experiential, cultural projects or creative industries . Genuine curiosity about business development, markets and international opportunities . Good analytical and research skills, with the ability to collect, organize and synthesize information. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Proactive attitude Ability to work across multiple activities and priorities while meeting deadlines. Good communication skills and confidence working with different stakeholders. Strong written and spoken English ; Italian is a strong advantage. Good knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel and other standard business tools .

NICE TO HAVE

Previous experience in the live entertainment, events, experiential or cultural sectors . International experience or exposure to international markets. Interest in attending industry events and developing a professional network. Experience preparing presentations, market research or business development materials.
