Customer Service Representative (CSR) 📍Northfield, OH 💲 $17/hour | Full-Time Looking for more than just another customer service job? What You'll Do
Answer incoming customer calls, texts, and chats Schedule HVAC, plumbing, and electrical service appointments Create and update customer records Work with dispatch and technicians to keep schedules running smoothly Provide friendly, professional customer service Keep accurate notes and documentation in our CRM What We're Looking For Excellent customer service and communication skills Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Organized with strong attention to detail Dependable and reliable Comfortable learning new technology Bonus Points Service.
Titan experience Call center or dispatch experience HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or home services experience No industry experience? That's okay! If you have a great attitude and love helping people, we'll teach you the rest.
