Therma. Serve Mechanical is seeking a Staff Accountant / Accounts Receivable Collections Specialist to join our Accounting team. Reporting directly to the Accounting Manager, this hybrid role combines general accounting responsibilities with a strong focus on accounts receivable management and collections. Approximately 60% of the role will be dedicated to collections activities and 40% to accounting and accounts receivable support.
