This role is responsible for completing high-quality plumbing work safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards and local codes.

What You'll Do

Lead residential plumbing installation and replacement projects Install and replace sewer lines and water lines Install and replace traditional and tankless water heaters Install and replace water filtration and water treatment systems Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and up to code Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout each project Accurately document work using company-provided technology Maintain a clean, organized vehicle, jobsite, and work environment Deliver exceptional customer service and quality workmanship on every job What We're Looking For Minimum 2-3 years of residential plumbing experience Strong experience with residential plumbing installation and replacement work Experience with sewer line replacement, water line replacement, water heater installation, and tankless water heater installation Ability to troubleshoot plumbing issues and identify effective solutions Strong communication and customer service skills Experience as a Lead Installer or in a comparable role preferred Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Commitment to safety, professionalism, and quality craftsmanship Schedule & Location Location: Office based in Roxboro, NC
