The Winona County Board of Commissioners annually seeks volunteers willing to serve on various Citizen Advisory Committees. The following committees have openings for 2027:
- Board of Adjustment (BOA)
- Extension
- Health & Human Services Advisory
- Parks and Environment
- Personnel Board of Appeals
- Planning Commission (PC)
- SELCO Board of Directors
- Stockton-Rollingstone-Minnesota City Watershed
- Veteran’s Services
Persons interested in applying for possible appointment, or reappointment, to the above committees may complete an online or paper application. The deadline to apply is 4:00 p.m. December 2, 2026.
