Planning and assessment: Carry out observations, assessments and next-step planning, using these to support children's individual learning journeys. Safeguarding: Follow safeguarding and child protection procedures, reporting any concerns to the Designated Safeguarding Lead without delay.
Partnership working: Build strong relationships with parents and carers, sharing information professionally and encouraging learning at home.
About you
Qualified: Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education. Experienced: Experience working with children in an early years setting. Knowledgeable: Good understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding policies and procedures. A team player: A proactive, positive approach to working as part of a nursery team.
