Specializing in vestibular dysfunction, TMJ/jaw pain, and SIJ dysfunction for an older demographic, our approach emphasizes individualized interventions for lasting wellness.
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated PRN Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team. While we value leadership for long-term growth, we embrace dedicated clinicians at every stage of their career Journey! Assess patients to develop and initiate treatment plans based on the evaluation results Review the physician's referral (prescription) and the patient's condition and medical records to determine the physical therapy treatment required Provide direct patient care by established protocols and patient care guidelines Document findings, progress, and instructions to patients and caregivers Responsible for patient care performed by assistants and rehabilitation technicians Complete a written plan of care, develop goals based on evaluation findings, and develop a comprehensive program to attain goals Implement physical therapy treatment program and provide essential physical therapy treatments Communicate effectively with patients/caregivers and professional colleagues, including physicians and insurance companies Graduate degree from CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
