Project Manager Job Title: Project Manager (Remote) Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Level: Mid-Level Overview: We are looking for a capable and organized Project Manager to oversee project planning, execution, and delivery across various initiatives. This role requires someone who can coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and ensure projects are completed within scope and budget.
The ideal candidate is proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable working in a fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and manage end-to-end project lifecycle, including scope definition, scheduling, resource allocation, and deliverable tracking. Coordinate with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines. Monitor project progress, identify risks, resolve issues, and adjust plans as needed to maintain project momentum.
Prepare and maintain project documentation such as project plans, status reports, change requests, and post-project evaluations. Lead regular project meetings, providing updates, gathering feedback, and ensuring clear communication across all stakeholders. Ensure all project outputs meet quality standards and comply with client or organizational requirements.
Support process improvements by identifying inefficiencies and recommending enhancements to project workflows.
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in project management or a similar role. Experience managing projects in a remote or distributed team environment. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira, Monday.
com). Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to shifting priorities. Certification in project management (PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master) is an advantage but not required. Detail-oriented, dependable, and capable of driving initiatives with minimal supervision. Collaborative mindset with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
