Key Account Manager – Employee of Record - Commercial Specialists

🚨 We’re Hiring | Key Account Manager – EOR 📍 Location: UAE 🏢 Department: EOR / Commercial We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to manage and grow our most significant client relationships. The ideal candidate will be commercially driven, confident working with senior decision-makers, and experienced in managing strategic accounts with a strong focus on client retention, renewals and revenue growth .

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of total commercial experience
• 3+ years in Key Account Management, Strategic Account Management or Senior Client Relationship Management
• Proven experience in client retention, renewals and account growth
• Strong experience engaging and influencing senior stakeholders
• Business development and cross-selling experience within existing accounts
• Strong commercial understanding of revenue, pricing and margins
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Experience with CRM systems and account reporting
• GCC experience in EOR, PEO, staffing, HR outsourcing or professional services is highly desirable
• Knowledge of GCC labour law, visa processes and employee lifecycle is an advantage Key responsibilities include: 🔹 Managing senior-level client relationships 🔹 Driving retention and contract renewals 🔹 Identifying account expansion and cross-selling opportunities 🔹 Developing strategic account plans 🔹 Managing client escalations and service issues 🔹 Reviewing account performance, revenue and margins 🔹 Working closely with Operations, Finance, Legal and Compliance If you have a strong strategic account management and commercial growth background , we would love to hear from you. 📩 Interested?
