Conference Manager SALARY - £30,000 plus 20% OTE Hybrid working pattern with a minimum of four days in the office Please note: Fluent French & English (written and spoken) is essential for this role. About the role
As a Conference Manager, you’ll take full ownership of content development and speaker management for your events. You’ll lead research, define themes, confirm speakers, and manage the on-site conference experience. You’ll work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and operations, and act as a central point of contact for your conference content.
This role reports to the Head of Content & Partnerships. During a typical day you might: Conduct in-depth industry research and trend analysis Define conference themes and structure key topics Write agenda copy and speaker invitations Confirm and manage high-level speakers Collaborate with sales and marketing to ensure alignment Coordinate with ops and digital teams for delivery Manage the agenda and speakers on-site at events Build relationships with senior stakeholders and industry leaders Post regularly on LinkedIn to promote your event(s) About you: We believe that you’ll need the below skills and experience to succeed in this role.

Skills and Experience: Comfortable conducting research, communicating professionally, and building relationships in both English and French.
