Sargent/Finance Director/Orono, Maine Sargent Corporation is seeking a Finance Director to join our collaborative team based in Orono, Maine. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, the Finance Director is a strategic financial leader responsible for advancing Sargent's growth strategy through mergers and acquisitions, financial planning and analysis, treasury management, and long-range financial planning.
This highly visible leadership role serves as a trusted advisor to the Executive and Senior Management teams, providing the financial insight and analytical foundation that guides enterprise strategy, capital allocation decisions, and future growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of strategic thinking, strong financial acumen, M&A experience, and a collaborative leadership style.
