Revenue Operations Specialist ( Contract - October 2026 - February 2027 )

The Revenue Operations Contractor ensures accurate member and group data administration, agent setup and support, commission-related reporting, payment posting support, operational research, audit completion, and high-quality service to agents, clients, vendors, internal partners, and members. The incumbent combines member information and revenue operations discipline with agent administration and call center support, requiring strong attention to detail, consistent execution, issue resolution, and the ability to work across multiple systems, queues, inboxes, and reporting cycles.

This role will be worked in the office full time for 2 weeks and then will shift to 3 days a week in office and 2 days from home. This is a contract role from October 2026 to February 2027.
