Job Coach Coordinator

The Job Coach Coordinator leads the Job Coach workforce within Employment Services, with responsibility for supervision, scheduling, coverage, performance, onboarding, professional development, service quality, and participant outcomes. The Job Coach Coordinator ensures consistent, person-centered and culturally responsive employment support across job sites and works closely with Regional Employment Coordinators (RECs), Employment Consultants, employers, and program leadership.

The Job Coach Coordinator is accountable for Job Coach staffing, practice, and the quality and impact of supports delivered. Direct job coaching or Follow Along coverage may be provided as needed.
