The incumbent is responsible for the overall cleanliness of the outlet, and is not limited to the service area. Shall ensure that buffet tables and chafing dishes are set according to the outlet standards. Ensures that inventories are adequately stocked. Ensures that facilities and equipment are in good condition. Responsible for assisting in the monthly smallwares and beverage stock take.
F&B department will allocate employee into outlets depending on the requirement of the department Minimum one year of experience in the same capacity (F&B service or related role). Good English communication skills – both verbal and written. Ability to work long hours under pressure, maintaining a positive attitude and high level of service.
