Premier Therapy is seeking an OT PRN to support residents in a skilled nursing setting in Doylestown, OH-helping people regain independence and improve day-to-day function.

Key responsibilities include

• Evaluate residents and create individualized occupational therapy plans
• Deliver therapeutic interventions and adapt activities to resident goals
• Document care, progress, and outcomes clearly and on time
• Coordinate with nursing and the interdisciplinary team to support safe, effective care

Required qualifications/skills:

• Current Occupational Therapist licensure (or eligibility) in Ohio
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills
• Commitment to resident-centered care and professional standards
