Sow Farm Manager, Swine Production, Pennsylvania & Indiana

As a Farm Manager, you will lead a large-scale sow production operation, overseeing farm performance, animal care, employee development, and operational success. You will provide leadership to a large team while fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement to achieve production, quality, and animal welfare goals.

In this hands-on role, you will manage daily farm operations, monitor key production metrics, support herd health initiatives, and partner with production and animal health teams to drive results. You will also collaborate with Human Resources on hiring and team development. The Farm Manager is responsible for maintaining biosecurity, regulatory compliance, inventory management, budgeting, business planning, and operational excellence across the farm.
