Mechanical Engineer, Senior is responsible for the mechanical development of eLSD systems, including requirement definition, design validation, and performance improvement, while ensuring cross-functional alignment, customer communication, and global coordination. 1) eLSD Mechanical Development Define mechanical performance requirements for eLSD systems and support design and validation activities Derive design improvement directions based on test results and provide design feedback Ensure technical alignment across EPM, Design, Software, Calibration, and Validation teams 2. Customer Support and Technical Communication Report development status and support technical discussions with customers Prepare reports on performance test results and improvement actions Interpret customer requirements and align them with internal development direction 3. Global Collaboration and Development Coordination Collaborate with global teams such as ETC (Sweden) and BTC (Beijing), including role allocation Track issues and manage risks based on global development processes
