Compliance & Security Manager

We work alongside physicians and their patients with current qualifying conditions to supply prescription cannabis that can change lives. The Compliance & Security Manager is responsible for leading the company's regulatory compliance and physical security programs to ensure full compliance with the Texas Compassionate Use Program (CUP), Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) regulations, applicable state and federal laws, and company policies.

This position oversees compliance monitoring, facility security, investigations, access control, surveillance systems, licensing requirements, and regulatory inspections across cultivation, manufacturing, fulfillment, distribution, and retail operations. The Compliance & Security Manager serves as a strategic business partner to Operations, Manufacturing, Retail, Quality, Human Resources, Facilities, and executive leadership to protect the company's licenses, employees, patients, products, and assets while minimizing regulatory and operational risk.

This role requires strong knowledge of regulated industries, exceptional judgment, and the ability to balance compliance requirements with operational efficiency.
