Job description
The Controls Technician is a key, hands-on role responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of automation systems and industrial controls to ensure optimal equipment performance. This role requires a blend of programming fundamentals, hands-on troubleshooting, and preventative/corrective maintenance skills.
The primary goal is to complete projects on time and within budget, ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of our industrial equipment. This position reports to the Maintenance Manager and may provide technical guidance or mentorship to junior technicians and maintenance staff.
