ServiceNow Developer

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our client’s team in Singapore on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining ServiceNow applications while working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications including Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, and CMDB . Configure and customize workflows, UI pages, business rules, and client scripts using ServiceNow platform tools. Collaborate with functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure system performance and stability. Provide Level 2 support for ServiceNow-related issues. Develop and maintain integrations with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs . Prepare and maintain technical documentation for configurations, workflows, and system processes.

Support knowledge transfer and ensure adherence to development best practices.

Required Skills

& Experience 2–3 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development . Experience working with ServiceNow releases such as London, Paris, or Queensland . Strong knowledge of JavaScript, GlideScript, and ServiceNow APIs . Experience in REST and SOAP integrations . Familiarity with ServiceNow reporting and dashboards.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Good communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or equivalent certification. Prior experience working with ITIL processes .
