Pediatric Rehabilitation Manager

The Clinic Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the clinic while maintaining a patient caseload. This role provides leadership to clinical and administrative staff, ensures high-quality patient care, and supports a positive, productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support clinic staff in delivering exceptional patient care and customer service Oversee day-to-day clinic operations, staffing, scheduling, and workflow management Monitor clinical documentation, compliance, and productivity standards Assist with recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, training, and performance management of staff Conduct chart audits and support quality improvement initiatives Ensure adequate staffing coverage and approve PTO requests Serve as a resource for therapists, support staff, patients, and families Address patient and parent concerns in a professional and timely manner Maintain knowledge of clinic processes, including referrals, authorizations, scheduling, and treatment workflows Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements Collaborate with the Regional Director to achieve clinic goals and support organizational growth Qualifications Licensed therapist (PT, PTA, OT, OTA, or SLP, as applicable) Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to balance clinical responsibilities with operational management Previous supervisory or management experience preferred Benefits Medical, Vision, and Dental Insurance Employer-Paid Life Insurance 401(k) with Company Match Paid Time Off (PTO) & Paid Holidays
