You’ll provide personalized, one-on-one care to seniors and adults in the comfort of their homes while becoming a trusted part of their daily lives. 🌟 Responsibilities Provide companionship and emotional support Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care Assist with mobility, transfers, and daily activities Prepare meals and provide medication reminders Perform light housekeeping and laundry Assist with errands and grocery shopping as needed Encourage independence and maintain clients’ dignity Observe and report changes in clients’ condition or needs 💰 What We Offer $15–$18 per hour , based on experience, qualifications, and case type Flexible scheduling Part-time and full-time opportunities Day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts Biweekly pay Mileage reimbursement for eligible assignments Overtime opportunities Shift differentials for weekends and special cases Referral bonuses and caregiver recognition programs Ongoing training and support Supportive office team ✅ Requirements Previous professional caregiving experience preferred CNA, HHA, DC certification, or equivalent experience preferred Compassionate, patient, dependable, and trustworthy Strong communication and interpersonal skills Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle preferred for applicable assignments Ability to meet company requirements and complete required documentation Your experience matters, but your compassion makes the difference.
