The Spa Therapist is responsible for delivering exceptional wellness experiences by providing professional spa treatments in accordance with the resort's luxury service standards. The role ensures the highest level of guest satisfaction through personalized treatments, expert product knowledge, and outstanding customer service while maintaining strict hygiene, safety, and operational standards.
Deliver a wide range of professional spa treatments, including massages, facials, body therapies, scrubs, wraps, and wellness rituals according to established treatment protocols Ensure every guest receives a personalized, memorable, and luxurious spa experience Prepare treatment rooms before each appointment, ensuring cleanliness, presentation, and readiness Maintain professional standards in treatment delivery, timing, and guest care Actively promote spa treatments, wellness packages, and retail products Participate in promotional activities and wellness events to increase spa revenue Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and personal grooming Comply with all health, hygiene, infection control, and safety regulations.
Assist with inventory control by monitoring treatment products and supplies Support colleagues to ensure smooth daily spa operations. Foster a positive, professional, and collaborative working environment. Attend all mandatory training sessions. Continuously develop knowledge of spa therapies, wellness trends, skincare products, and luxury guest service.
