Your responsibilities

Connect with prospective clients and build relationships Conduct virtual life insurance appointments Recommend solutions based on each family's needs Complete applications and provide client follow-up Participate in ongoing training and coaching Develop a team if leadership is part of your goals What makes someone a fit?

What we offer

Live training, mentorship, scripts, sales coaching, leadership development and access to experienced producers. This is a remote, 1099 independent contractor opportunity with 100% commission compensation, no guaranteed income and no cap on commissions. Production-based bonuses and qualifying carrier incentive trips may be available.

A life insurance license is required, or you must be willing to obtain one at your own expense. Agents may purchase leads through the corporate office and develop their own networks.
