Clinical Director – Outpatient Physical Therapy Location: 5214 N Milwaukee Ave, Chicago, IL 60630 Company: FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers: Jefferson Park Compensation: $90,000–$130,000 annually (based on experience) plus $10,000 sign on bonus, generous bonus potential FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Chicago is looking for an experienced Clinical Director to oversee and advance a successful outpatient physical therapy clinic.

This role is ideal for a motivated Physical Therapist who enjoys leading teams, driving clinical excellence, and contributing to the growth of a dynamic practice.
